# Connect providers

> Add, connect, disconnect and remove providers on this device.

A provider is added from the verified Yocrow catalog and then connected with its own sign-in. Each provider is identified by a source ID.

## Source IDs

| Provider | Source ID |
| - | - |
| Airtable | `airtable` |
| Clerk | `clerk` |
| Datadog | `datadog` |
| GitHub | `github` |
| Linear | `linear` |
| Neon | `neon` |
| Notion | `notion` |
| PostHog | `posthog` |
| Resend | `resend` |
| Sentry | `sentry` |
| Supabase | `supabase` |

## Add and connect

```bash theme={null}
yocrow add github
yocrow connect github
```

```text nocopy theme={null}
GitHub was added. Provider authorization is required.
GitHub is connected.
```

OAuth providers open a browser sign-in. Token providers prompt in the terminal. During `connect` you pick an access profile, and some providers also ask for a region.

## Connection limits

A connection is one provider on your account. The same provider on two devices counts once. The Free plan allows five connections. When the limit is reached, `connect` stops before any sign-in and returns `provider_limit_reached`.

## Disconnect

Disconnect removes the provider token from this device and keeps the source.

```bash theme={null}
yocrow disconnect github --yes
```

```text nocopy theme={null}
GitHub has been disconnected.
```

## Remove

Remove disconnects the provider and deletes the source from this device.

```bash theme={null}
yocrow remove github --yes
```

```text nocopy theme={null}
GitHub has been removed.
```

Remove every source on this device:

```bash theme={null}
yocrow remove all --yes
```

```text nocopy theme={null}
All 3 local sources were removed.
```

If the command returns `connection_release_pending`, the token is already removed but the connection was not released. Run the same command again when you are online.
